OTZ Residential Rates

When you begin a new residential phone service, there are certain one-time-only charges (Non-Recurring Rates) for installation along with charges for setting up your account. These charges cover the minimum costs for new service. Some changes to existing services also incur one-time charges. Such changes include disconnects and relocations, the addition of Custom Calling features, and other service alterations.

There are also monthly charges (Recurring Rates), which are part of your monthly phone bill. Many of these charges are for access to the network, federally mandated charges, and optional Custom Calling features.

Long-distance charges or calls to special numbers (for example 900 numbers) are not included in Residential Recurring Rates. Contact the Long Distance provider for information about optional calling plans and rates.
