1: Why do you need my social security number?
For capital credit and/or collections purposes.

2: Why do I need a Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) password for my account?
This is for your protection. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released new rules pertaining to the security of CPNI. OTZ is required to ask for your password before we can disclose any information regarding your account.

3.  How long will it take for me to get DSL?
About 7 to 10 working days.

4.  How long will it take to get phone service?
About 1 -3 working days.
